Before co-founding Stoik QSE, Olga Sorokina was General Manager at Gestactif, a key player in condominium management in Quebec. There, she successfully implemented an ISO 9001-certified management system, an industry first, demonstrating that an ISO system can generate significant gains, even in highly complex customer service environments.
Olga is also an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), where she contributes to the development of professional coaching and corporate leadership.
