Dominique Rioux-Kouicem is a Senior ISO Consultant and Third-Party Auditor mandated by NQA, an accredited certification body.
He has accumulated over 500 audit days and has led more than 200 ISO implementation and management system improvement projects across manufacturing, construction, logistics and service sectors. He primarily works on integrated management systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001 standards.
His expertise covers the architecture, structuring and auditing of management systems aligned with certification requirements, regulatory compliance and organizational governance.
Having held quality leadership roles, worked within accreditation environments (ISO/IEC 17011) and conducted environmental site assessments, Dominique brings a deep understanding of certification body expectations and operational realities.
He supports executive teams in simplifying, integrating and optimizing their systems so they become true drivers of sustainable performance rather than mere compliance exercises.
He also acts as a strategic internal auditor for several certified organizations and regularly conducts certification and surveillance audits across Canada and the United States for multi-site organizations.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke, he combines regulatory rigor, strategic vision and operational pragmatism.
